4,200SF classroom/office addition onto an existing 15,000 SF building. Addition to closely resemble the existing architecture. Existing Building to receive complete interior renovation including replacement of all finishes, lighting, doors, cabinets, restroom fixtures/partitions and equipment. Exterior renovation to include roofing and replacement of all wood facscia with EIFS.
