This center was built in front of and tied to an existing building. Multiple storefronts are visually grouped to provide flexibility to the Owner for leasing. Concrete slab/foundation, pre-engineered metal structure and roof assembly. Front wall comprised of a combination of brick, block, stone accents and EIFS on a stud wall assembly back-up. Total project square footage = 60,000SF of leasable area.
